(Senior) Project Manager

Your Tasks
- Independent implementation of events nationally and internationally
- Confident coordination of project teams, service providers and staff
- Creation of budget and project plans
- Responsible and professional customer care
- Project documentation & reporting
- Supporting and collaborating with our creative department in brainstorming and conception
What We Want
- Maker Mindset: Enthusiasm as well as courage and the willingness to break new ground
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience as an event/project manager online and offline area
- Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in internal personnel management
- a solid network of service provider contacts
- Practical experience in creating project and budget plans
- Responsible, structured, solution-oriented and quality-oriented working methods with attention to detail
- High flexibility, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as cost awareness
- Negotiating skills and strong network of service providers
- Positive attitude and open-mindedness
- a successfully completed degree or comparable education, preferably in the fields of marketing/communications/event management
- Class B driver's license
