600 employees, 4 stages, numerous topics - a Rally to Excellence. For mobile.de we designed the internal annual kick-off conference in a decentralized business festival format. Together with the employees, we have developed interactive lecture formats that brought lightness to the content-packed program. Afterwards we celebrated together and toasted to the future.
